Terms for beta review

Simple MVP terms for safe product testing.

These terms define how TaxBridge AI should be used during early validation and product review.

Current status: These are practical MVP terms. They should be replaced or reviewed by counsel before commercial launch, paid subscriptions, adviser accounts, or secure document upload.

1. MVP use

TaxBridge AI is currently an early MVP for compliance-preparation, adviser handoff, product validation, and beta feedback. It is not a production tax-filing or legal-advice service.

2. No professional advice

TaxBridge AI does not provide final tax, legal, accounting, immigration, investment, or official filing advice. Users should confirm decisions with qualified professionals or relevant authorities.

3. Safe test data

Users and reviewers should use sample, general, or non-sensitive information during beta testing. Do not submit passports, bank statements, tax certificates, payroll files, confidential contracts, or private client records.

4. Report outputs

Reports, scores, checklists, and recommendations are preparation aids only. They are designed to organize questions and documents before professional review.

5. Accuracy limitation

Tax and compliance rules change and vary by facts and jurisdiction. MVP outputs may be incomplete, may require professional review, and should not be treated as final conclusions.

6. Beta feedback

Feedback submitted during beta may be used to improve the product, validate use cases, and summarize aggregate evidence. Private tester details should not be published without consent.

7. Future terms

Before wider public launch, TaxBridge AI should replace these MVP terms with lawyer-reviewed terms covering data processing, liability, user accounts, paid plans, secure document storage, and adviser collaboration.
